What’s in each bowl
Lo Mein: egg noodles stir-fried in ginger garlic sauce, with onion, red pepper, snow peas, bean sprouts and scallions.
Fried Rice: rice cooked in the wok with egg, carrot, peas, onion, bean sprouts and scallions.
Then choose your protein
Both bowls come with garlic chicken or tofu. You can also choose a premium protein such as Korean fried chicken, steak, coconut shrimp or chashu pork belly.
If you’re after noodles and snow peas, go with Lo Mein. If you want rice with egg, carrots and peas, go with Fried Rice. You can keep the same protein and have quite a different lunch.
What about Sumo Fried Rice?
At dinner, Sumo Fried Rice comes with its own combination: Korean fried chicken, sliced pork chashu, scallions, chili crisp and a crispy fried egg over our fried rice.
Choose the regular bowl to pick your protein. Choose Sumo when you want the chicken, pork, chili crisp and egg together.
