Our Cleveland Pho comes from the Minh Anh family recipe, first served in Cleveland in 1984. We serve it here in Gordon Square at lunch and dinner.
Herbs, lime and sauces on the side
Bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapeño, lime, hoisin and sriracha come alongside the bowl. Add some basil for its aroma, lime for tartness or jalapeño for more heat. The amounts are up to you.
You can also choose wok-seared garlic chicken. That changes the protein on top; the base is still ginger beef broth.
