The Greatest Hits package serves eight with steam buns, two proteins, rice, slaw and your choice of spring rolls or gyoza. Each person gets two buns to fill.
Individual meals work well when everyone wants to choose their own lunch. Pick Fried Rice, Korean Rice Bowl, Banh Mi, Steam Bun, KFC Sub or Ginger Greens Salad meals. Each comes with chips. Keep a list of names and choices so lunch gets to the right person.
Build-your-own bowls and ramen
The Ninja Bar serves ten with two bases, two proteins and four toppings. Give it a table or counter where people can build their bowls.
The Ramen Bar also serves ten, with Ohio City Pasta noodles, your choice of broth, two proteins and four toppings. The components come separately, with the broth in a coffee tote. Plan a place to set everything out before people start serving.
