How much catering should you order?
Count the meals first. Then add the sides and dessert.

Start with the package size
Our Greatest Hits package serves eight. The Ninja Bar and Ramen Bar each serve ten. An individual meal feeds one person. Here are a few starting points:
8 people: one Greatest Hits package.
10 people: one Ninja Bar or Ramen Bar.
20 people: two bars, or three Greatest Hits packages for 24 servings.
30 people: three bars, or four Greatest Hits packages for 32 servings.
50 people: five bars, or seven Greatest Hits packages for 56 servings. Call or text us to coordinate a group this size.
Round up to cover the headcount
For 18 people, two Greatest Hits packages would give you 16 servings. Order three for 24 servings, or choose two ten-person bars for 20. Individual meals are another way to cover an exact headcount.
Include meals for anyone who needs to order separately from the shared food. Don’t count the same person in both orders.
A tray can be a main or a side
A half tray of Fried Rice serves six as a main course or 12 as a side. A full tray serves 12 as a main or 24 as a side. If fried rice is the main meal for 12, order one full tray or two half trays; two halves let you choose different proteins.
The serving count changes because the role of the food changes. Twelve side portions aren’t twelve full lunches.
Add the extras
A half tray of spring rolls has 16 rolls. A half tray of gyoza has 32 dumplings. Both are listed for 16 people as sides: one roll or two dumplings each.
Baonuts come in half trays of 12 or full trays of 24. Cookie assortments have 12. For ten people, a dozen gives everyone one with two left over; if you want two each, plan for at least 20 pieces.
